Description
A genuine Australian opal, alive with flashes of green, blue, and gold, hand-set into a solid 10k gold bezel with backplate and bail. Pendant only ($375) or with 14k gold-filled chain ($395). Handmade in NYC.
Care
Store your piece away from moisture, direct sunlight, and contact with lotion or perfume. For sterling silver, a gentle clean with mild dish soap and a soft brush keeps it bright. Gold fill and solid gold are more resistant to tarnish, but a soft polishing cloth will keep them looking their best — avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on either. If your piece features an opal, keep it dry, as opals are porous and can be damaged by prolonged water exposure.
