Yes, absolutely. I personally craft every piece in my home studio. As the sole artisan behind Chloe Isadora, it's just me from start to finish: sourcing materials, making each piece, and giving it the final polish.

What materials do you use?
I work primarily with recycled sterling silver, 14k gold fill, 10k gold, and thoughtfully sourced upcycled elements like sea glass and pottery shards. Each material is chosen for its quality, sustainability, and character.

Do you offer custom sizing?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items go out within 1-2 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces take longer to create before shipping. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days; international delivery times vary by destination.

Yes. Shipping costs aren't included in the item price. They're calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

What is your return policy?
Because each piece is handmade and often made to order, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in unworn, original condition. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale. Contact me to start a return.
